BEEF CURRY RECIPE

Ingredients:
Beef cubes
Onions
Garlic powder
Garlic paste
Paprika
Cayenne pepper 
Supreme curry powder 
Babarque sauce 250ml
Barbaque tikka sauce 125ml
Oil 
Water 250ml
Baby leaves
Salt and pepper

Method
Fry onions until tender then add garlic powder, bay leaves and garlic paste, then add cayenne pepper, paprika and supreme currypowder let it cook until tender then add water and both babarque sauce and Tikka let it simmer then add meat and reduce heat. Then add salt and pepper for taste let it cook until ur meat is soft then serve

Rice 
Cook rice the normal way then grate carrot and put parsley.

SGWAQANE, IMBUYA AND GRILLED CHICKEN

Isigwaqane recipe
Potatoes
Beans
Maize meal 
Knorrox cubes
Rama original
Aromat
Onions (for frying)

Method
Wash and boil beans then add potatoes in let them boil until completely cooked then add knorrox cubes, aromat and rsma original let it boil all together then in a seperate pan fry onions add bit of curry powder let it cook until soft rthen add to your beans let it boil then add little bit of maize meal as if you cooking pap and stir continously then reduce heat. Serve when it is cooked

Method 
Put all this in your meat then let your meat rest for 1 or 2 hours then grill ku oven for 30 to 45 minutes

Imfino
Mase uykhile wash it then chop it if inkudlwama then fry onions when onions are soft put a bit of salt then add imfino and leave ur saucepan open but uligade then grate izambane and add some Aromat and serve.

SPICY FRIED CHICKEN AND VINEGAR

Ingredients:

1 Kilo Chicken (Drumstick)

3 Large Egg (Beaten) 

2 Cups All Purpose Flour

¼ Tsp Chili Ground

¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper

¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

¼ Tsp Blackpepper (Ground)

⅓ Tsp Salt 

Procedure: 

Linisin po ang Chicken (Drumstick) tapos patuluin muna ito at i set aside prepare muna ang Flour mixture, sa isang bowl ilagay ang All Purpose Flour, Chili Ground, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt at Black pepper mix lang ito ng mabuti tapos sa isang pang bowl ilagay narin ang Egg (Beaten), then pwede na i-dip ang Chicken sa Egg (Beaten) tapos sa Flour mixture i coat ito ng mabuti tapos mag pa init na ng kawali pag ok na pwede na ilagay ang Cooking Oil painitin ulit tapos i dip fry lang ang Chicken hanggang maging golden brown.

Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Cup White Vinegar

½ Tbsp White Sugar

5 Garlic Cloves

3 Pcs Red Chili

Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper (Ground)

Mix lang po sa isang bowl lahat then ready napo para sa masarap na sawsawan.

CHICKEN RECIPE

Spice the chicken with spices of ur choice
Brown the chicken 
After browning add thinghly chopped onion ,celery ,fennel,parsley and mince garlic 
Stir the veggies together with browned chicken and lower the heat let it simmer until cooked …did not add any water to the chicken…when the chicken is cooked reduce it for the sauce to thicken

Potato salad
Boil the potatoes
Blanch the broccoli
Fry shredded bacon or bacon bits
Chopped onion 
Salt and pepper
Then dress it with mayonnaise.

Rice
Boiled it
In a pan melt garlic butter add lemon juice and tumeric fry together for 4 minutes then add ur boiles rice and garnish with chives.

HOMEMADE OVEN BAKED HOT WINGS

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/3 C flour
2 T cayene pepper
2 T black pepper, coarse ground
1/3 C (plus a little) Chili powder
2 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp salt, sea prefered for its fine grain

*each of these measurements is approximate — I tend to cook by eye, but this time tried to measure while eyeing the amount
1 large bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Combine dray ingredients in gallon Ziploc bag.
Place 12 wing portions in the bag, close and shake until all portions are completely covered in the spice mixture.
Using a sieve, shake off the excess flour-spice. I generally put 3 or 4 in the sieve at a time and shake until only a thin layer is left. By the way, I usually put a paper towel in the sink and sieve over it. When I’m done most of the flour-spice is contained on the paper towel and goes easily into the bag with the leftover flour and into the trash.

Place wings on a standard plate and refrigerate for 30 – 40 minutes.

Toward the end of the 30 minutes, pour about 1 1/2 T vegetable oil onto a standard cookie sheet (jelly roll pan, technically). Spread oil all over pan by brush or just by moving the pan back and forth.

After the 30 minutes of refrigeration is finished, repeat flour-spice process for a second coating. Shake off excess and place side by side on the oil-prepared pan.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Flip the wings over once on the pan to coat both sides with oil.

Place in the 375 degree oven and set timer for 60 minutes.

After 30 minutes of cooking, remove briefly from the oven and turn each portion over to crisp and cook on the reverse side.

Combine 1 bottle of Frank’s RedHot sauce and 1 stick of butter in a small saucepan. Warm until butter melts.

After 60 minutes (total) has passed, remove chicken from the oven and let rest 5 minutes.

During the 5 minute rest, prepare “serving dish” and “refuse dish.” Long ago, I began putting a paper towel inside a grocery/plastic bag and place it in a bread pan. Clean up is quick and easy!

After 5 minute rest, place all wings in a metal or glass bowl. Pour sauce mixture over the wings.

Place them in the serving dish. Grab a beer or margarita and ENJOY!

CHICKEN WINGS

Clean the wings, after add salt, paprika, chilli powder, chicken spice and a small amount of oil and mix. Put the chicken wings in the oven for 45minutes.

In a pan, fry onion, add garlic. Add sweet chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and stir until everything is mixed together. Add the sauce to the wings and enjoy.

ROASTED CHICKEN

Ingredients

1full chicken

150ml of mayonnaise

100ml sweetchilly

1tablespoon Paprika

1tablespoon of Knorrox chicken spice

Black paper

1tablespoon of dried parsley

Method

Pat dry your chicken and keep asideIn a bowl mix all your ingredients until well combined… Rub your chicken with marinate and allow it to marinate over nightPreheat your oven @180 and grill your chicken for 1hour or until readyWhen ready please allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes before you serve it.

YUMMY AND HEALTHY

Marinade: Tomato sauce, BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chicken spice, paprika, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper, cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Fry the cumin and coriander seeds to release the aroma. Keep aside, mixed everything together and marinade the wings overnight

Put the wings in the oven and cook for 45 to and hour

Chick pea salad- Drain the water from the chick pea, dry them with the cloth. Chop red onion, red pepper, celery, feta cheese and add salt, black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.

BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS
8wings
2tablespoon of @sevencoloursgrill(or more of needed)
1tablespoon of paprika
1tablespoon of cooking oil
200ml of @wellingtonssauces steak sauceWellingtons Sauces

METHOD
Mix all your spices with cooking oil and rub your wings put them in bowl and close it, put in in the fridge overnight, or 5hours if you in hurry! But overnight is the best! After preheat your oven at 180,and grill them for 12 minutes or until ready, while grilling you wings, in a pan pour your sauce and let it simmer on low heat and after transfer the wings from the oven to the pan and mix gently until its your wings are well combined!
